
The Municipal Corporation of the City of Solin has issued a Public Call for Bids for the Lease of Cottages for Commercial and Catering Activities during the Advent Event in Solin "Solinski Adventorium" from December 5, 2025 to January 11, 2026 at the locations of Gradina, the Jadro picnic area and the city center.
Activities planned:
- Catering activities related to the cottages: Preparation, sale and serving of food and drinks, thematically related to the Christmas and New Year holidays (e.g. mulled wine, teas, homemade liqueurs, fritters, donuts, pancakes, waffles, desserts, sausages, hot dogs, fried potatoes, hot sandwiches and other simple dishes).
- Catering activities related to stands or mobile devices: Preparation, sale and serving of simple dishes - snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, pancakes, etc.)
- Commercial activity: Sale of non-food products thematically related to holidays (e.g. decorative items, Advent wreaths, lights, candles, greeting cards, tree decorations, artwork, paper goods, jewelry, toys, festive textile products and similar assortment).
Gradina (programme starts on December 5, 2025 and ends on January 1, 2026)
- 8 houses measuring 2,00 m x 3,00 m, provided by the organizer
- the tenant can place a maximum of 16 round tables with a maximum height of 110 cm (+/-5 cm) (diameter 0,6 m) and 4 bar stools per table with a height of 75 cm (+/-5 cm) and a seat width of 36 cm (+/-2 cm)

Jadro picnic area
- 2 houses measuring 2,00 m x 3,00 m, provided by the organizer
- the tenant can set up 16 tables and 4 chairs per table.

City center (plateau in front of the Post Office)
- house with maximum dimensions of 2,00 mx 2,00 m, provided by the tenant
- 2 stands/mobile devices up to a maximum of 2m in length, provided by the tenant
- the tenant can set up 4 tables (max. dimensions 0,6 mx 0,6 m) and 4 chairs per table
The rental price of the houses, according to locations, for the duration of the "Solinski Adventorium 2025" event, is as follows:
Hillfort: House dimensions 2,0 mx 3,0 m: the rental amount is 7.000,00 euros + VAT
Jadro picnic area: House dimensions 2,0 mx 3,0 m: the rental amount is 4.500,00 euros + VAT
City center:
- Houses with a maximum size of 2,00 mx 2,00 m, the rental fee is 500,00 euros + VAT
- Stand/mobile device up to max 2,00 m in length: rental fee is 200,00 euros + VAT
The rental price includes the rental of one (certified) house/space for use, transportation costs for houses owned by the lessor, assembly and disassembly costs, waste disposal costs, and electricity costs.
The bidder is obliged to pay a bid security in the amount of 50% of the lease price excluding VAT, for each location for which the bid is submitted. The security shall be paid to the account of KOMUNALNO DRUŠTVO GRADA SOLINA doo IBAN: HR2024070001100674504 OTP banka dd, with reference to the number HR00 - bidder's OIB.
Bidders may submit one bid per location, and the deposit payment is valid for only one location.
The deadline for submitting bids begins on the date of publication of the Public Call on the website of the Municipal Company and lasts until Friday, November 21, 2025, at 12 noon, regardless of the method of submission of bids. Bids shall be submitted to the following address: MUNICIPAL COMPANY OF THE CITY OF SOLINA doo, Stjepana Radića 42, 21210 Solin, in a sealed envelope marked: "Public Call for Solinski Adventorium 2025 - booths/stands - do not open". Bids submitted after 12 noon on November 21, 2025, as well as incomplete bids, will not be considered.
