You can get tickets for the Four Cafes in Kastelani from today in just those four cafes, namely MaMa and Balun, BCool and Gabin in Gomili. So, this year, Balun replaced last year's Grano, it would seem that Botica rushed into the semi-finals.
The price is still affordable, ten euros, and the organizers have also made one innovation. Since last year there were many who were willing to pay for a ticket without actually coming, this year a QR code was created, if someone wants, they can use it to pay for their virtual ticket. Let's note that, like last year, the tournament is humanitarian, the funds raised go to the association Our Children, every euro means a lot.
The tournament draw was also held in Kauri, the balls wanted last year's winner Gabine and MaMa, and Balun and BCool to meet in the semi-finals. The tournament is scheduled for December 27, two days after Christmas, and the action starts at 16 p.m. If you really want to watch, we recommend that you hurry to these cafes and secure tickets as soon as possible, last year they sold out. Let's also note that the game is played at Sokolana, although the hall in Stari Lani has shown how ideal it is for such happenings. However, repairs are underway, it will not be available for sports activities over the holidays, Sućurac was the only adequate option.
Now perhaps the most important thing – Livaja plays. Many were interested in this, although it was never really in question, Marko will respond to such things whenever there is no ban from the club for sports activities during the break, and now there is none. Last year there was a big question of who he would play for, it was clear that everyone wanted the biggest star, he didn't care, in the end a draw was made for that too, the later winner Gabina was the luckiest.
Goran Jozinović Joza, a former Hajduk and GOŠK player, who is slowly becoming the spiritus movens of sports activities in Kaštela, after ending his playing career, spoke about the tournament itself.
"I know that most people are interested, I can confirm that Hajduk captain Marko Livaja will also be there. Mario Maloča, Branimir Cipetić, Danijel Subašić, Jere Marinić Kragić, Lovre Kalinić will also play... We tried to get Kranjčar, but he has some personal commitments and will not come, although he promised. We try to bring as many famous names as possible from year to year." So, this year, former Hajduk captain Mario Maloča, a guy from Zagreb who always responds to such events, will also be playing.
Tomislav Bušić, former Hajduk player, current GOŠK player (although he is in his fifth decade), and among other things, the best scorer of the Croatian U-21 national team in history, also said a few words.
"We all need to take the time and participate in something that can help. Last year was good, this year we will take everything to an even higher level. We are all athletes, we don't just want to participate, we want to win."
Vedrana Šarić, vice president of the Our Children association, also made a statement, thanking the organizers for supporting them this year.
"We are an association of parents of children with special needs from Kaštela. We have 162 members, and 50 of them use assistants in kindergartens and schools. We have been operating for 18 years, we are tenants, we move from space to space constantly. Our ultimate goal is to build the association's premises and two residential units where the residents could stay." In short, the money raised by the tournament will go into good and needy hands, which is always the best feeling for the holidays.
