A convincing victory for the Ribola handball team before the Christmas break, Kozala was no slouch in the end, a safe 31:21 (19:13) for the home team from Kaštela.
There's not much to write about the game, the home team entered the match with concentration, with a 4:0 series, and they didn't let go of the lead until the end. In fact, they kept increasing it a little, so that the advantage in the end reached ten goals. The Rijeka team disappointed a little here, but they were expected to show more, considering that they were close to the leaders. But none of that, the Kaštela team was impressively better.
Ribola was led by Jukić with ten goals, five of which were scored by Semder, and Marko Vukman scored eight goals, all from the field. The young Vukman turned into the winner of the season so far. Devčić scored six goals for the guests.
There is a two-month winter break, which will still be very interesting, with such a tense situation on the table, it is clear that the transfer window will have even greater weight. Ribola will probably start its competitions a week earlier, when the postponed match with Zadar 1954 could be played.
