
Until August 4, registered legal entities in BiH can submit an application to the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property for financial support for projects to encourage the return of Croats and create better living conditions in BiH for 2025.
This is foreseen in the Public Call for Applications, which was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction Branko Bačić.
Applications can be submitted by local government units (LGUs), utility companies owned by these units, public non-profit institutions founded by churches, non-governmental organizations or LGUs.
Registered companies, small businesses or agricultural holdings, educational and scientific, health and social institutions, and other legal entities can do the same.
The support for an individual project cannot exceed 80.000 euros.
Eligible projects and related costs for co-financing are economic projects, small businesses, family farms, projects in the areas of public administration, infrastructure and healthcare, projects in the areas of education, youth, demography and sports, and projects of cultural associations, churches and improving the quality of life, identity and heritage.
Applicants must be registered and operate in the territory of BiH, and through their activities promote the interests and protection of Croats in BiH.
The documentation that the application should contain is stated in the Public Call, which, in addition to being published on the website of the Ministry of Construction, is also published on the websites of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Central Office for Croats Abroad.
