The final night of the Ultra Europe festival, held at Split's Youth Park, ended without major interventions from the police, emergency medical services, firefighters, and other services, and on Monday the festival "moves" to Brač, and later to Vis.
The Split police have learned that during the third night of the festival, 99 people were reported for misdemeanors, 58 of whom were foreigners, while six people are included in the criminal investigation.
In the past three days, no serious crimes or destruction or damage to other people's property have been recorded.
The coordinator of the County Emergency Medicine Institute, Damir Baumgartner, reported that they had only about twenty interventions during the night, mainly due to intoxication, and slightly more minor injuries, wounds and scratches.
It was mostly foreign nationals, mostly Spaniards, who this year are leading in attendance at this world-famous electronic music festival.
"The night mostly passed peacefully, like the others. Out of 20 interventions, we took four patients to the hospital for further treatment. We had no serious injuries and there was no need to carry out resuscitation," said Baumgartner.
Split firefighters also had a quiet night at the Ultra Europe festival. There were 18 of them in the Youth Park with six vehicles, but luckily they had no work to do.
After the last evening ended, 60 city cleaning workers rushed to the site with 20 vehicles and quickly cleaned up the accumulated garbage.
"Everything is going according to plan. We have already cleared the main roads so that traffic can flow smoothly, and now the interior areas around the stadium are being cleaned. The most important thing is that the streets of Hrvatska mornarice, Domovinskog rata and Mika Tripala have been cleared."
The Ultra Europe festival was held at the Park Mladeži stadium in Split from July 11th to 13th.
After Split, the festival traditionally continues on the islands as part of the Destination Ultra program.
On Monday, they will be at Club 585, in Bol on Brač, where Resistance Brač is on the repertoire, on July 15th, Ultra Beach Brač, Olife Beach Club in Milna, and on July 16th, Resistance Vis at Fort George on Vis.
