The continuation of intensive traffic control confirmed that despite daily police checks, there are drivers who endanger all other road users with their irresponsible behavior. Traffic control was carried out by police officers in all station areas, and in the areas of Trogir, Kaštela, Makarska, Omiš and Split, a specially formed team of officers - police officers for motorcyclists - worked, who were specifically focused on controlling motorcycle and moped drivers.
Weekend control results in the most important numbers:

The most common traffic violations among drivers who were arrested and taken to court were driving despite previously issued prohibitions, refusing to take a drug test, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving before obtaining the right to drive.
