As part of the Kaštela Cultural Summer event, the fourth Music Evening was held - an annual concert of the Croatian Music Society Zrinski na Brcu in Kaštel Stari.
The Zrinski Musical Ensemble held an excellent concert with exclusively wind instruments, which was attended by numerous guest performers, one of whom was Jakov Košćina, one of the most famous Croatian opera singers.
The musical company was joined on stage by the Kaštela majorettes, and several songs were sung by the a capella group that entered the international competition in France last year, the Gabine a capella group.
The audience greeted the orchestra with thunderous applause, and Jakov Košćina received the biggest applause.
In addition to the guests who had a unique opportunity to present themselves and their work, Mislav Glavina, a member of the Croatian Music Society, also had the opportunity to perform solo, which elicited enthusiasm, cheers, and words of praise from the audience.
The evening truly passed in a wonderful atmosphere, the audience brought smiles to the performers' faces several times with their support, which shows that there is no good performance without a good audience.
Finally, the host of the program gave a moving speech, concluding the evening with the words: “Music is the only world language.”
The audience responded with thunderous applause, the performers proudly bowed to the audience, and the lights of this small stage shone as a symbol of togetherness and the beauty that music brings. Another unforgettable evening remains etched in the memories of all present – an evening of music, Croatian culture, pride, and togetherness.
