BRALIĆ: A TWO-LEVEL STAGE WITH TOP-CLASS LIGHTING AND SOUND, THE FESTIVAL WILL BE FOLLOWED FROM THE SEA
This weekend, Trg Podvorje in Sućurac will be the center of a musical spectacle, and Kaštela will be in the spotlight for two days in a row, as the 27th Evenings of Dalmatian Poetry are on the agenda. On Saturday, July 19, a big concert by Dalmatian pop diva Jasna Zlokić will be held, and the day after, Kaštela's Đir and 19 new songs performed by a klapa group and the showtime "Zrinka" will be held. Both programs start at 21 p.m.
Jasna Zlokic who has been on the Croatian music scene for over 40 years will present herself to the Kaštela audience with her band and additionally warm the hearts with songs that have become part of our lives. Wanderer, Wake me, On the coast, I am your only friend and I don't know which wind is blowing and many other hits await us on July 19th from 21pm at Trg Podvorje, the organizers announced.
All of this is a grand overture to Sunday's forte, or rather Kaštela's Đir and 19 new compositions that will be performed by the best Croatian klapa groups in the competitive part of the festival. They are competing for as many as nine awards from the expert jury and the audience. While these votes are being added up, the audience can expect another beautiful musical story, a performance by one of those whose vocal performances leave you breathless. Zrinka will perform during the showtime of the Kaštela Tour.
We believe that all of this is reason enough to secure your ticket as soon as possible. And how are the final preparations going for this long-standing event, which has changed location after 26 years, and whether it was all challenging, told us the president of the association and festival director Josip Bralić.
- Preparations are going according to plan. Thank you to the locals for their hospitality and cooperation during the works. We have been very well received in the town itself. Sound and lighting tests and sound rehearsals are coming up, so we will still be making noise and clapping, but not too much - said Bralić with pleasure and announced this year's news regarding the stage, which is larger with different lighting and sound.

- This year we have a stage on two levels, a larger video wall, a different lighting and sound concept, so we will make the whole story even more interesting. The location in Kaštel Sućurac itself is getting more and more under our skin during the editing process, and I think we will have a great atmosphere and send an interesting musical postcard from our Kaštel. We are also pleased with the great interest in tickets, perhaps partly out of curiosity – said Bralić with a smile.
On this occasion, Bralić once again invited boat owners to come by boat so that the excitement would be even greater, and he wished everyone a good time and enjoyed their program.
