This Wednesday, the Kaštel Lukšić Cultural Center was transformed into a colorful world of imaginative characters from the children's play "How Friendship Is Born?" directed by Studio Suncokret. The play was held as part of the Kaštel Cultural Summer, filled with a rich cultural and educational program.
The puppet musical lasted about half an hour and, in the festive atmosphere of the packed park, captured the attention of everyone present – from children to their parents. Through interactive parts and a song, the story promotes strong values: love, tolerance, non-violence and selfless helping. The main characters – Blue Cow, Hedgehog, Bull, Cat, Lija and Aries – learned together with the young spectators that true friendship is primarily an act of giving and forgiveness.
The cultural center was bustling with children, laughter, and singing. Parents noted that the performance was “warm and educational,” while the children did not hide their enthusiasm – some even tried to help the puppets and participate in the performance. For many of the little ones, it was their first theatrical adventure, but the content was understandable and engaging – from the adaptation of the plot to the striking puppets and engaged performers.
Actors from the Suncokret studio, together with the City of Kaštela, once again confirmed that children's cultural events like this one are essential for the development of emotional intelligence and social values in the youngest. The play "How is friendship born?" delighted the audience and rounded off the evening - the little heroes went home with a smile, and they took a warm lesson with them to the adults about the power of friendship.
