HEP informs citizens that on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, work will begin on a section of Put Banovine street in Kaštel Stari to connect a new user to the network. Temporary traffic regulation will be established during the work.
Construction works include channel excavation, cable laying, filling and asphalting, and the execution is planned in four stages:
Stage 1 covers approximately 100 meters of the route. The works are being carried out in the right lane of Slavonska Street and in the eastern lane of Put Banovine Street. During the works, traffic will be diverted to the left lane of Slavonska Street and alternately to the western lane of Put Banovine Street, with temporary traffic signals in place.
Stage 2 covers an additional 60 meters to the north from the end of the first stage. The work is being carried out in the eastern carriageway of Put Banovine Street. Traffic will be diverted to the western lane, with temporary signage.
Stage 3 it continues an additional 60 meters to the north and is carried out in the same way as the previous stage - in the eastern lane, while vehicles will be allowed through the western lane with regulation by temporary signaling.
Stage 4 It includes the final part of the route, 30 meters long, to the connection point. The works are being carried out on the eastern side of Put Banovine Street, and traffic will be directed along the western carriageway with temporary signage.
The total duration of the works is expected to be up to 10 days, depending on weather conditions and the pace of implementation.
Citizens are asked to be patient and respect the temporary traffic regulations.
