The Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Brotherhood of St. John the Baptist from Kaštel Lukšić invite you to the promotion of the book "Church of St. John the Baptist on Birnju in Kaštel Lukšić" by Prof. Dr. Sc. Mladen Domazet on Wednesday, June 18th at 20 pm at the Cultural Center in Kaštel Lukšić.
The program will begin with a musical performance by the Folk Singers of the St. Cecilia Church Choir from Kaštel Lukšić, who will sing the song "Our Golden Crown", after which the parish priest, Don Marijo Buljević, will give an introductory speech.
The book will be presented by Prof. Dr. Sc. Marko Trogrlić and Prof. Dr. Sc. Josip Vrandečić, and then the female klapa Neverin will perform the songs "Majko ljubenziva" and "Dajem ti srce zemljo moja".
The author, Prof. Dr. Sc. Mladenko Domazeta, will give a speech, while Špiro Grgić will speak on behalf of the Brotherhood of St. John the Baptist.
To end the program, the Folk Singers of the St. Cecilia Church Choir from Kaštel Lukšić will sing the songs "Today's Birth / Letters to St. John" and "St. John - I'll Come Again".
