STILL WAITING FOR ASPHALTING
Heavy machinery turned on its engines from Saturday to Sunday in Krešimirova Street in Kambelovac, where the steel provision on the railway bridge was being dismantled and a new one was being installed, which has been in the works for more than a year. As announced An agreement was reached with Croatian Railways to close the line so that the Cenoza company could complete the work, and it was announced that traffic would finally be allowed to pass through the street under the Krešimirov Street bridge.
- An agreement has been reached with HŽ Infrastruktura to close the line on May 10 and May 11, 2025, when the temporary steel bridge will be dismantled and traffic will be restored on the new reinforced concrete bridge. From May 12, 2025, there will be free passage for vehicles under the bridge - Vedran Devčić from the Cenoza company told us at the end of April.
As stated on that occasion, by the end of May they plan to install the stream regulation pipes ordered by the City of Kaštela under the bridge.
- After the required pipes are installed, all that remains is the concrete works on the reconstruction of the canal under the bridge and asphalting - Devčić added at the time.
