The Kaštela City Library is organizing a travel multimedia lecture on Tuesday, May 6th at 7:30 PM in the Archbishop's Castle in Kaštel Sućurac, along with the presentation of the book about the Path of Life "From Osijek to Santiago de Compostela".
The book “From Osijek to Santiago de Compostela” tells the life and pilgrimage story of Ivica and Biljana, two simple people who decided to undertake a completely unusual undertaking. They walked almost 3300 kilometers from their home in Osijek to the Shrine of St. James.
Along the way, going through numerous adventures, meeting new people, and meeting some familiar ones, they tell a story about the effort and love needed to achieve our Path of Life.
The book is full of numerous episodes, anecdotes, beautiful photographs of nature and encounters, but also very useful advice for all those who will embark on the adventure called "Camino", while for those who will walk the Path with Ivica and Biljana from the comfort of their own home, the book will offer beautiful and vivid scenes of cities, people, shrines and personal stories that are extremely inspiring.
