
SIGNED ADDENDUM TO THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
The company Zeleno i Modro, known for its waste collection and management activities in Kaštela, has announced great news for its workers – salaries are increasing by 300 euros gross. This increase is the result of the signing of an amendment to the collective agreement reached by the company director and a representative of the employees' union.
The signing of the amendment took place at the company's headquarters, and both parties are satisfied with the agreement reached:
"This is a step towards a better future for our workers, who are the heart and strength of our business. We want to provide them with dignified working conditions and adequate compensation for the effort they put into keeping our city and surroundings clean every day. This salary increase is a recognition of their work and responsibility," said Alen Lučić, CEO of Zeleno i Modro, adding:
"We would like to especially thank Mayor Denis Ivanović, who showed great understanding for the needs of the workers and decided to financially support this increase. In this way, it was ensured that the end users of the services of the Zeleno i Modro company do not feel any additional financial burden, which is of crucial importance for citizens."
The new addition to the collective agreement does not only refer to the increase in gross wages, but also includes additional benefits for workers, such as a higher amount for a hot meal. This measure represents an average salary increase of 26%, that is, for the lowest salary classes, it represents an increase of 30%.
The wage increase will take effect at the beginning of the year, and workers have already expressed their satisfaction with the decision. “We feel appreciated and motivated. This is a sign that our work is recognized and respected,” said one employee.
The Green and Blue company thus continues to invest in its employees, confirming that social dialogue and employee satisfaction are key to the long-term success and sustainability of the business.
