Today it will be changeable, sometimes mostly cloudy. Scattered rain, possibly showers with thunder, are expected primarily in Dalmatia, according to the forecast from the State Hydrometeorological Institute (DHMZ).
In the morning, locally light precipitation is expected in the interior, which may freeze in contact with the cold ground. Towards the evening, rain will also occur in the northern Adriatic, and sleet is possible in the mountainous areas. The wind will be mostly light, in the higher mountains moderate southwesterly. In Dalmatia, moderate to strong southerly winds will blow. The highest daily temperature will be mainly from 1 to 5, on the Adriatic and in the interior of Istria and Dalmatia between 9 and 14 °C.
Rainy weather will continue throughout the weekend
The weather tomorrow will be moderately to mostly cloudy. It will rain in places, and in Dalmatia showers with thunder are possible. At night and in the morning in the central and mountainous areas the rain may freeze in some places on the cold ground. There will be a weak to moderate southeast wind, and in Dalmatia a very strong south wind in places. The minimum air temperature will be from -2 to 2, and on the Adriatic from 7 to 11 °C. The maximum will mostly be from 5 to 8, and on the Adriatic between 11 and 15 °C.
