Today will be mostly sunny, with occasional moderate cloudiness in the second part of the day. In the morning, there will be local fog on land, and cloudier in the east and south with possible light precipitation, the forecast for Thursday is from the State Hydrometeorological Institute (DHMZ).
There will be a weak, moderate northwesterly wind in eastern Croatia. In the Adriatic, a moderate to strong bora and a northerly wind turning into a northwesterly wind and gradually weakening from the north, while on the islands and towards the open sea in Dalmatia the northwesterly wind will be strong. Cold, especially inland with the highest temperature mostly from -5 to 0, in the Adriatic between 3 and 8 °C.
Another weather change tomorrow
Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy, with more pronounced rain in places on the Adriatic, and thunderstorms towards the south. Precipitation on the border between rain and snow is expected inland. There is a high probability of rain freezing on contact with the ground, especially in the northern regions, while in Mountainous Croatia there may be heavier precipitation. Light to moderate southwesterly winds will blow. Moderate to strong southerly winds will blow at sea. Very cold morning. The lowest air temperature will be from -13 to -8, at sea from 1 to 6 °C. The highest daily temperature inland will mostly be from 0 to 5, and at sea between 6 and 11 °C.
