Consumers are informed that the results of water testing, taken at various locations from the water supply network supplied from the Jadro spring, show that the turbidity parameter is still elevated compared to the prescribed values.
Analyzes of all processed samples show that the concentration of residual chlorine is in an adequate concentration, and all previous tests show that the water is chemically and microbiologically correct.
The results of the Drinking Water Laboratory of the Split Waterworks and Sewerage Department were reported to the Teaching Institute of Public Health, whose experts recommend using the precautionary measure of boiling drinking water for sick and sensitive people, small children and the elderly. In the event of more pronounced turbidity, the water should be settled before boiling, and the clear part should be poured off and boiled.
