A week ago, on December 24th at around 21pm, a group of young men were playing with Roman candles in the middle of the street in Nehaj, near the tower. A video of the event was sent to our editorial office, showing the young men firing candles at each other, taking turns. The Roman candles were whistling in all directions. This is one of the most popular pyrotechnic items that can be purchased very cheaply.
It is important to add that we initially announced that these were flare guns with flares, which are also pyrotechnic items, but we were later told that they were Roman candles.
And while there is a public "fight" against the use of firecrackers and pyrotechnics, where serious injuries often occur, as well as possible fires due to the firing of rockets, as is most likely the case from Novi when a fire broke out on the balcony of a family house, young people continue to have fun with pyrotechnics.
Why such a desire to "play" and do it publicly in front of people is a question that only those who do it know the answer to.
