On the feast of Saint Stephen, the 21st Mašokarić will traditionally be held, organized by OMK Adria. The balinjere will buzz at exactly 15 pm on Friday, December 26th, in the center of Kaštel Sućurac, with valuable prizes awaiting the winners.
Registered teams will start preparing for the start from 11:00 to 14:30, and then at 15:00 after the start they will walk the path from the tower on Glavica across the waterfront and Gojača back to the tower, driving and pushing the karić, and their only obligation is to have a helmet on their heads. Children, women, the elderly and recreational athletes start last, they drive down the hill 20 meters to the campanile.
The fastest teams will also receive valuable prizes, and the organizers hope that this year the participants will bring a piece of the holiday table with them, so that, along with a sweet snack and a glass of wine, everything will once again turn into a good holiday gathering.
