The Municipal Council of Prgomet Municipality has announced a tender for the sale of commercial land in the Pod Znojilo and Labin (Podošljak) economic zones.
Land in the Pod Znojilo economic zone
The subject of the public tender is the sale of land for commercial purposes in the Pod Znojilo economic zone, designated as part of the real estate with the land registry mark plot of land 493/1 KO Project according to the geodetic sketch made by the company Kubit projekt doo, Velebitska 27, 21000 Split, marked as:
a.) Plot No. 1 with an area of 2000 m2
b.) Plot No. 2 with an area of 1000 m2
c.) Plot No. 3 with a surface area of 1084 m2
d.) Plot no. 4 with a surface area of 1084 m2
e.) Plot No. 5 with a surface area of 2000 m2
f.) Plot no. 6 with a surface area of 2000 m2
g.) Plot No. 7 with a surface area of 1380 m2
h.) Plot No. 8 with an area of 2000 m2
i.) Plot no. 9, area 1113 m2
j.) Plot No. 10 with a surface area of 2208 m2
Land in the Pod Znojilo economic zone is being sold for the construction of smaller production facilities, storage and distribution facilities, exhibition and commercial facilities for craft businesses (auto mechanics, carpentry, locksmithing, electricians and similar), and environmentally friendly storage and service facilities (e.g. light metal processing, wood processing, product assembly and similar activities) that will not disrupt living conditions or endanger the natural and cultural values of the area. Buyers can build commercial buildings on the land that is the subject of the tender in accordance with the applicable spatial plans.
Each plot of land that is the subject of the tender is purchased as is.
A bidder may submit a bid for a maximum of two plots of land that are subject to sale, and a purchase contract with the same bidder may be concluded exclusively for two plots.
Written bids are submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or directly to the protocol at the address: Municipality of Prgomet, Municipal Council, Dr. Franje Tuđmana 10, 21 201 Prgomet with the indication "Bid for tender (land purchase) - do not open". The deadline for submitting bids is January 8, 2026, at 9 a.m.

Land in the Labin economic zone (Podošljak)
The subject of the public tender is the sale of land for commercial purposes, mainly for production, craft and storage purposes, within the working zone "Labin" (Podošljak) in the administrative district Labin, land registry code plot of land 1914/1 KO Labin namely, plots of land marked with numbers from the UPU working zone "Labin (Podošljak)" marked as spatial unit number 1.;
a) building plot number 3, area 7485 m² (of which approx. 3850m² area in the off-registered ownership of the municipality, while 3635 m² can still be purchased from private owners).
b) building plot number 4, area 7515 m² (of which cca 6600 m² of area in the off-registered ownership of the municipality, while 915 m² can still be purchased from private owners).
The exact area of the land will be determined by a geodetic study, which is the obligation of the Municipality of Prgomet. Initial purchase price for real estate amounts 8 euros per m2.
