This Sunday, the K-7 Dance Club celebrated its anniversary with a festive dance program entitled "25 Years with You" at the Cultural Center in Kaštel Lukšić, which was filled to the brim.
The audience had the opportunity to see a rich program consisting of 25 dance numbers in which participants of all age groups participated, led by Josipa and Jelena Pajčić, and Dario Marović.
The first act of the program, which entertained the audience for almost two hours, was a baby breakdance performed by the youngest group of children to the delight of the audience. The rest of the program included children of different ages as well as adults who performed hip-hop, breakdance, belly dance, dance with LED lights, and in one of the acts the Grinch appeared. The program was concluded by seniors with breakdance performances. Judging by the reactions, the audience enjoyed every moment of the program.

K-7 Club is a full member of the Croatian Show Dance Association (HSDS), and therefore a regular participant in national championships and international competitions, such as European and world championships, and cups. This year at the Croatian Championship they won gold, in the hardest category, in breakdance. It is also important to mention last year's Dance Open Cup Dalmatia in Split, where they returned with as many as 10 medals, 7 of which were gold.
At the end of the program, Dario Marović greeted the audience:
- I greet you all. I want to thank everyone for coming in such large numbers, first of all the parents who had the patience to wait from the first to the last, twenty-fifth point, and us, the seniors, i.e. me, the oldtimer. And if you sometimes hear 'we collect old iron, washing machines', I'm not really up for that yet. I thank you, this was for the 25th. We'll see what next year will be like.

Special thanks went to Željka Perdić, who has been with the club since the very beginning, and who received a special thank you at the end of the program, and addressed the audience:
- My dear youth, how wonderful you are! It was 25 years ago when a group of young enthusiasts came to me and said: 'Željka, we would like to start a club, but we don't know how. Will you start a club with us and help us?' And that's how it started - Perdić said.
She recalled how there was no money for clubs at that time, and how they performed in hotels and traveled everywhere to raise money to finance the club's work, and presented letters of appreciation to the founders and leaders of the club for their selfless commitment and great contribution to the founding and work of the club: Ivo Milin, the long-time president of the club, Fabi Mateljan, Mario Družić, who led the branch in Split, Milena Baljak and Toni Belas, who led the branch in Trogir, Tanja Perković, Darija Samardžija, Branka and Dora Vukušić, who led the modeling school, Dorotea Jurić, who led jazz, ballet and majorettes, and letters of appreciation were also presented to the current club leadership, Dario Marović, Josipa and Jelena Pajčić.
At the end of the program, all the performers gathered on stage to celebrate the successful performance and the club's anniversary with cake, dancing, and confetti.
Finally, they note that K-7 is not just a dance club, it is a huge, beautiful community of all those who enjoy dancing and who experience the expression of their soul through movement.
