For the past month, during the evening hours, flying activities have been carried out, which has resulted in a loud noise reminiscent of helicopters flying overhead. Our readers have also drawn attention to the increased noise, wondering what is happening. According to a statement from the Ministry of Defense, the International Center for Special Air Forces Training (MSAP) is conducting planned flying training.
- As part of the training, landings and takeoffs are planned from the "Josip Jović" barracks in Udbina and "Knez Trpimir" in Divulje, at the "Lisičić" military shooting range near Benkovac and the "Josip Markić" military training ground near Knin, and in the area of the Sinj and Velebit (Veliko Rujno) airports. Members of the Hungarian and Slovenian armed forces will participate in the flight training, and the training will be conducted in day and night conditions - the Ministry of Defence announced.
