HDZ AND PARTNERS 3% MORE, SDP AND PARTNERS 9% LESS
Although we have entered the third day after the elections, the citizens of Croatia still do not know which political option will form the majority in the Croatian Parliament and who will form the new Croatian Government, but if the people of Kaštela were to decide on this themselves, everything would be known on Sunday evening. The people of Kaštela gave the majority of their votes to the HDZ and their coalition partners, by a few percentage points more than in the elections four years ago.

PARLIAMENT SESSIONS ON MONDAY
On Wednesday evening, President of the Republic Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović gave the mandate to form a government to Tihomir Orešković, who was proposed by the Patriotic Coalition and Most, and convened a constituent session of the Croatian Parliament for Monday, December 28th.

 

After Sunday's elections and the good results achieved by the Patriotic Coalition in Kaštela, the HDZ Kaštela thanked its fellow citizens, especially those who once again showed trust in the most numerous party in this city.

MOST THE BIGGEST WINNER OF THE ELECTION
Croatia has been left with a long election night in which the winner of these parliamentary elections has not been determined, and the same situation remained in the first part of Monday. Although it is not yet known which political option will have a majority in the Parliament, it can be safely concluded that the biggest winner of these elections is MOST of the independent lists, because without a post-election coalition with them, neither the Patriotic Coalition nor the Croatia is Growing coalition will receive a mandate to form a new Croatian Government.

KASTELANI AT 21 POLLING STATIONS
After voting for the Croatian Parliament elections began yesterday in several countries around the world, polling stations opened this morning across Croatia, as well as in the remaining consular missions, where the elections are being held today.

MULTIPLE POLLING PLACES, PREFERENTIAL VOTING
Croatian voters face the 8th parliamentary elections on Sunday, in which voters will decide who will be members of parliament in the next term, and which political option will form the new Croatian government.

PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES FOR THE 9TH ELECTORAL DISTRICT
Four days before the parliamentary elections, the candidates of the Croatia is Growing coalition in the 9th constituency, Ivan Klarin, Vedran Kovačić, Renata Sabljar – Dračevac, Marija Alfirev, Ingrid Antičević – Marinović and Sabina Glasovac, presented themselves to the people of Kaštela, and also presented part of their election program.

HDZ PRESIDENT VISITS KAŠTELI
After the Patriotic Coalition held its election rally in Kaštel Sućurac on Monday evening, on Tuesday morning the president of the HDZ and the leader of the Patriotic Coalition's list for the 9th constituency, Tomislav Karamarko, visited Kaštel, accompanied by associates and individual candidates in the upcoming elections.

PRE-ELECTION MESSAGES FROM THE POLLING BOX IN SUĆURAC
Croatia is not growing, Croatia is sinking... was the statement that was most often heard at the Patriotic Coalition's election rally, which was held on Monday evening in Kaštel Sućurac, and at which the coalition's candidates in the 9th and 10th constituencies, Ante Sanader, Ivan Šipić, Zlatko Ževrnja and Damir Krstičević, as well as the host, the mayor of Kaštel Ivan Udovičić, spoke to members and supporters in a packed hall.

KARAMARKO ANNOUNCES MEETING WITH CITIZENS
The election rally of the Patriotic Coalition, i.e. the coalition of HDZ, HSS, HSP-AS, BUZ, HSLS, Hrast, HDS and ZDS, for the 9th constituency, will be held on Monday, November 2, at the Sv. Juraj cinema in Kaštel Sućurac, starting at 19 p.m.

The day of the parliamentary elections, Sunday, November 8, is approaching, so it's time to explain the biggest novelty that has not been in the parliamentary elections so far, which is preferential voting. In order to better navigate the "sheet" of ballots that awaits you at the polling station, with many lists and even more candidates, we decided to bring you closer to what awaits you and what preferential voting means.

WE ARE PUBLISHING THE OFFICIAL LISTS FOR THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS
The people of Kaštel and other voters in the 9th constituency in the elections for the Croatian Parliament on November 8 will cast their vote for one of 13 candidate lists, and will also be able to cast a preferential vote on the selected list, i.e. circle the name of one of the politicians from that list, whom they would like to see in the parliamentary benches, regardless of their position on the list.
